We will be meeting primarily in the KC (Kuriakos Centre), the main building at CAMP KURIAKOS. Meals are catered by the camp and take place in the larger meeting room upstairs.
The KC does not have an elevator; however, there are ramps outside that a wheelchair can use to get from one floor to another.
Our closing worship will either be upstairs in the KC or in the chapel, perhaps depending on the wishes of the group.
Most conference participants stay in the KC (“Kuriakos Centre”). (Usually you can get a private room or share with your partner or friend.) Rooms have electrical outlets and heating.
Decent showers are available in the shared bathrooms; please bring your own bedding, pillow, towels, and toiletries.
The camp has a full-service RV area (“The Summit”), where some participants like to park their RVs. The Summit has bathrooms and showers.
You are also welcome to stay off-site if you wish.
Accommodation and meals (Friday evening snack; Saturday breakfast & supper; Sunday breakfast) are included in the price of the Retreat.
We will be able to explore the grounds freely.
If you anticipate wanting to do an activity that requires staff setup or supervision (e.g., sauna, canoe/kayak, lake swimming, high ropes, archery, climbing wall), please talk to us in advance, and we’ll try to arrange for that.
If the weather is nice, the group sometimes ventures over into the little community next door to visit their lovely gardens.
